1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only in the following cases:
The product arrives damaged
The product received is incorrect
The product has a manufacturing defect
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unused and in original condition
Returned in original packaging
Supported with order number and clear photos of the issue
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
Custom wall art & personalized products
Paint By Numbers kits (due to open paints and customized handling)
Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling
Orders returned without prior approval
3. Return Request Timeframe
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report:
Damaged products
Incorrect items
Missing items
Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be approved.
4. Refund Process
Once your request is approved:
You may be asked to return the product or provide additional proof
After inspection, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by us.
5. Replacement Policy
If your item is confirmed to be damaged or incorrect, we will:
Send a free replacement, or
Offer a full refund, based on your preference and stock availability
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
Once production or processing begins, cancellations are not possible
Custom orders cannot be cancelled once design work has started
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
Check your bank or credit card statement
Contact your payment provider

8. Shipping Damage Responsibility
Once the package is handed to the courier, delays caused by shipping carriers are beyond our control. However, we will fully assist you in resolving lost or damaged package claims.
