Digital Downloads (Instant Download Wall Art)

All digital wall art purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable. Due to the nature of digital products, once a file has been downloaded, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

We encourage you to carefully review the product details and preview images before completing your purchase. If you experience any issues with your download or receive a corrupted file, please contact us at support@wallarthut.com, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Physical Products (Framed Canvas, Posters)

We accept returns and offer refunds or replacements only under the following conditions:

The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
You notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.
You provide photo evidence of the issue.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or send a replacement based on your preference.
